Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States that are available at checkout. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Products ship from warehouses in the United States, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to carrier delays, weather or high-volume periods.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Multiple items

If you order more than one product, your items may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

Address errors

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.

Late, lost or damaged packages

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days after shipping, or arrives damaged, email us at onepercentarcinfo@gmail.com with your order number and we will help resolve it.
