Refund & Return Policy

30-day returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email us at onepercentarcinfo@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please note that our returns address may be located outside the United States. Please do not send items back before you receive our confirmation, as returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Items must be shipped back within 14 days after we approve the return.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
As an alternative to shipping the item back, we may offer you a partial refund to keep it. Accepting this offer is always your choice.
We recommend a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Natural wood

Our products are made of natural olive wood. Variations in color, grain and small natural marks are part of the material and are not considered defects.
