1. Who we are

This online store (ordenhogar.shop) is operated by Francisco Marín García, trading as OrdenHogar, Calle Pérez Cervera 4, 30530 Cieza (Murcia), Spain. Email: onepercentarcinfo@gmail.com. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently sell and ship only to addresses in the United States.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, lack of stock or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the full amount.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout; we do not store your full card details.

5. Products

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Our products are made of natural wood, so color, grain and size may vary slightly from the photos. Please follow the care instructions on each product page (hand-wash, dry thoroughly, do not soak, oil periodically with food-safe mineral oil).

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy.

7. Promotions

Discounts and promotions (such as bundle savings) apply only under the conditions shown at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively or combined unless stated.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design and images, belongs to OrdenHogar or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law and complaints

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your state of residence. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at onepercentarcinfo@gmail.com and we will try to resolve it.
